I was looking for a Ford Maverick for months. I happened to see a few at westward and decided to take a look. I met Ian outside and he was very happy to help me take a look and find the Maverick to suit my needs. I even measured the back seat for the comfort of my dogs. Our saving grace!! The staff were extremely helpful in taking us in after experiencing some issues in our old camper van during a cross country drive. A lot of dealerships will take you for a ride (especially if you’re a young female like me) but the folks here are very helpful and honest, explaining and showing everything I needed to know. Big shoutout to James for being the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with :)

Vehicle dealerships can be a tricky business when it comes to customer loyalty, although they absolutely knocked it out of the park at my most recent visit to the Portage la Prairie location. The establishment is clean; the entire staff is very friendly and the application process was extremely smooth. They were very transparent about working with me to find the right vehicle and payment plans that would fit me best; no gimmicks or unnecessary add-on purchases to boost their sales. There was no pressure to trade-in my current vehicle or go beyond my elected budget. This is my second used vehicle from this dealership and the first purchase under the new management. I feel very confident in recommending their services to anyone that I know, who is seeking to buy a new or used vehicle.
