Needed a quick repair ASAP, the part (a simple bolt) was 5days away but they called around, checked with the techs in the back and actually found the right part in-house, made the repair and checked all other parts were snug. Fast& friendly!

Vehicle dealerships can be a tricky business when it comes to customer loyalty, although they absolutely knocked it out of the park at my most recent visit to the Portage la Prairie location. The establishment is clean; the entire staff is very friendly and the application process was extremely smooth. They were very transparent about working with me to find the right vehicle and payment plans that would fit me best; no gimmicks or unnecessary add-on purchases to boost their sales. My appointment for getting winter tires on was made promptly and when I went they were also prompt at taking my car in and doing the maintenance I had asked. Things were explained to me and I am very pleased with their friendliness and positive attitude. The weather was unpleasant but all the Westward Ford staff members were efficient and didn't let the weather get them down! I have no problem in recommending them as a top-notch garage.

Very responsive, checked in frequently while they were rebuilding the motor. Not thrilled with Ford cars overall at the moment given the motor on the 2018 died, but the service at Westward was great.
Driving by the dealership several days ago when I noticed our rear wheel had issues. Upon inspection, 3 wheel studs had snapped off. Cautiously retightened the remaining studs and drove back to the dealer. Explained the situation that we were travelling through. They squeezed us in and even gave us a loaner to grab some lunch while they repaired the issue. Thanks Westward and Bruce Rainka.

Beware of Remote Purchase Get a third party inspection or find somewhere else to buy as they lack the honesty to buy from remotely. I bought a used truck from this dealership sight unseen (2016 F150 with 88,000kms). The initial sales experience was great. However, upon delivery there was body damage and an oil leak. Neither were documented (or shared with me) in our many interactions, sales agreement, or inspection documentation. Not what I expected on a $44,000 truck when buying from a dealer. They admit the oil leak was missed in their inspection, but will not compensate anything on the repair. ...
